Builds players actually run
Seven loadouts from creators, split into what the screen shows and what they only say. The boss-farming builds mostly share a shape: a Tier 3 Nightfall weapon, Soyama or Kamado, the damage accessories and the three damage titles. The ranked ones lean on a second weapon and on blocking.

Serpent Slayer, damage firstSlayer · Bosses
On screen: A Tier 3 Nightfall Katana refined to level 7 (+12.71 damage, 1.1794x), and the three damage titles Annihilator, Bonebreaker and Devastator.
Said: Soyama clan, Serpent Breathing for bosses and Water for PvP, the skill tree's damage and health branches first, and the lantern, muzzle, horns and a Flame haori.
Blood Manipulation demon, damage firstDemon · Bosses
On screen: Tier 3 Nightfall Sickles (+14.95, 1.2x) and five accessories: Bamboo Muzzle, Demonic Lantern, Red Oni Mask, Stone Haori and Demonic Horns II.
Said: Soyama clan, the Bladed Wagasa as a second weapon, and a sun hat in place of the horns unless you are Kamado.
Shockwave demon on the Gauntlet lineDemon · Bosses
On screen: A Nightfall Gauntlet (+5.75, 1.147x), and, shown separately, a Nichirin Lantern card: Legendary, +2 damage.
Said: Kamado clan, the Gauntlet upgraded to Damascus and then Nightfall, the damage titles, and a rotation that saves the gauntlet's third skill for breaking guard.

Said: War Fans taken to Firstlight, Kamado clan (or Iguro, Agatsuma, Kocho), and Cryokinesis Perfected as the third title.

Said: Iguro would be the ideal clan; health and damage branches maxed, most of stamina regen.

Said: A Tanto as second weapon for closing gaps and stretching combos.
Reaper for rankedDemon · Ranked
On screen: Level 225 with Reaper mastery at 372 and Claws mastery at 1.
Said: Claws carried for one dodge skill only, and a Tier 3 Firstlight weapon to block with, since a Firstlight block heals you and hurts the attacker, plus the Soryu grab.

Bosses or ranked
The boss builds stack flat damage and bleed and live on Soyama or Kamado. The ranked creators say they carry a second weapon for one move (a Tanto to close gaps, Claws for a dodge), and one blocks with a Tier 3 Firstlight weapon, whose block heals.
