How to get a horse in Slayers 2
Horses are real and ridable: three separate recordings show one parked in the hotbar. How you get one is a different matter. Only a single guide, Pro Game Guides, describes taming, and the footage never shows one being tamed.
So this page sorts each claim by what it rests on.

For scale, 15,000 Wen is 34 world boss kills at 450 Wen each, or about what XenoTy’s HUD holds at level 50 (15,454). Shiro’s level 100 quest pays 6,000 on its own; the leveling table lists the other Wen rewards.

The Horse Spawn Locator pass
The game sells a Horse Spawn Locator for 120 Robux, the cheapest of its passes. Its description field on Roblox is empty, so the pass page never says what you are buying.
The other locator passes do explain themselves. Night Market Locator, for example, says it adds “Marker(s) to show you the location of the black marketers(s)”. By the same pattern the horse one should mark where horses appear, but that is a reading of the name, not a promise from the developer.

MoldySugar’s runaway horse
Partway through Paradox’s leveling run, a message pops up about a horse that escaped from someone called MoldySugar and needs taming. He does not follow it up, and nothing else on screen says where the horse went.
Pro Game Guides lists a Moldy Sugar NPC in the starting village, marked by a pink-haired icon, whose errand opens a shop with stock that rotates every hour. Whether that errand and this horse are the same thing, neither source says.

Horse or shrine?
They do different jobs. Shrines teleport you between villages once you have unlocked them, and the map page shows where each one is. A horse covers the ground between: syoct starts at the Mistfall Harbor shrine, then calls his horse to ride on across the bridge. tana mentions a two-second wait before his horse will move, so it is not an instant getaway in a fight.
