Recover the Lost Pages

A gust of wind scattered the pages of Kona’s old book across Windy Peak, the village you start in. Pick up all five and the quest finishes on the spot; you do not have to walk back. The reward is a book, plus a little Exp and Wen.

Taking the quest

Talk to Kona and click through; the last line has Ill find the pages. The tracker then shows Lost Pages 0/5. Kazu’s spy hunt can run at the same time, and both can be done together.

They look like ordinary scraps, but they're far more important than they seem. with Ill find the pages and Close.

Recover the Lost Pages 0/1 with the page counter at 0/5, and the rewards Exp +20 Wen +10 beside the Book of Guidance.

Where the five pages are

Each page is a small sheet on the ground with a Lost Page Pick Up prompt. Different players have found them in the same five places, so they look fixed.

    The fifth page completes the quest wherever you are, and Kona’s line appears in the chat.

    You found them... The Book of Guidance is yours. in the chat, with +20 Exp +10 Wen at the top.

Players report missing a page and having to search again; if the counter stalls at 4/5, walk the five spots above one by one.

What the Book of Guidance does

The Recommended Quest panel on your map lists Book of Guidance and Unlock at Windy Peak, so the book appears to unlock that panel. What the panel shows after that has not been seen yet. The quests it points to, level by level, are on the leveling page, and the rest of your first hour on the beginner guide.
