What is left before your next craft?
A cheaper mask does not mean a cheaper Tier 3 weapon. Weapon, outfit and accessory recipes have different prices. Start with the Katana planner, then check the category comparison before spending your Wen.
Nightfall Katana: your remaining materials

From a Mythic Katana to T3, the recipes total 2,750,000 Wen, 1,250 Metal Scraps, 1,250 Silk Thread and 18 each of Nightfall Forged Ingot and Reinforced Plating. Keep the schematic for each step. The tier recipes explain the weapon and drawing prerequisites.

Weapon and outfit upgrades
V0.195 reduced their T1 cost. Their later tier prices stay the same. A Katana T2 costs 750,000 Wen; T3 costs 1,500,000.
Accessory upgrades
T2 is 450,000 Wen and T3 is 750,000. These are accessory prices, not Katana prices. Additional materials still depend on the selected recipe.
Firstlight Top and Bottom at the tower have a separate price: 200,000 Wen and 400 each of Scraps and Thread; the points cost stays 500,000. Keep that recipe separate from Togane’s general category prices.
Nightfall Mask T2: Cost 450,000, a T1 mask and its drawing, with 3186/750 Metal Scraps and 3344/750 Silk Thread. The two set-material counters read 7/4 and 0/3.

A recipe is more than the Wen price
T3 still requires the previous tier and its materials. Togane’s Swap materials exchanges the six set materials one for one. The planner counts Nightfall materials only. Exchange any Firstlight surplus before entering it as Nightfall inventory. A surplus may cover a missing material, but the planner does not spend or swap anything for you.

Already paid the old crafting price?
The V0.195 refund rule says the difference in Wen, Metal Scraps, Silk Thread and set materials is returned automatically the next time you play that character. This applies to Series gear you already crafted, not every Wen purchase.
A T1 weapon’s Wen price fell by 500,000; an accessory’s by 800,000. The refund is the difference for the affected recipe, not the whole purchase price. Some players report missing refunds, so do not count the money as available until it appears in your bag.
Keep the item, character slot and before/after balances recorded if the refund is missing. There is no confirmed manual claim method here. Other changes are in the update log.
