Why some sites give a different hour

The event was edited a little over an hour before it started. Pages written earlier list other times, including one that prints 4 PM EST in its text while its own table says 9 PM UTC. The event page is the one the developer controls, so this site uses it.

Its description, as the developer wrote it: “After years of hard work, we are finally approaching the release of project slayers 2, subscribe to this event to be notified as soon as it releases.”

The game was announced and previewed as Project Slayers 2, and the release event still carries that name. It shipped as Slayers 2. It is a new experience, not an update to the first Project Slayers: that one is still up on Roblox under a different group, with a small fraction of the players. Its code list, still on the fan wiki, is not this game’s; use the Slayers 2 codes instead.

Before launch, one player on r/Slayers2Roblox wrote that the game had been promised for the previous year and slipped. Pro Game Guides reports that some players and content creators got early access about a week before launch, and several guide videos went up hours before the game opened to everyone.
