Slayers 2 Guide — Slayers 2 Guide

Breathing styles that are not in the game yet

Slayers 2 has 8 breathing styles, each with a trainer, and no others you can learn. Beast is the only new one with any trace in this game, as one row in the developer’s stats. The Love “leak” is old footage from the first game, and Moon and Sun are rumours.

The 8 you can learn, and what each trainer asks, are on the breathing styles page.

Each rumoured style, checked

  • Beast Breathing

Seen in the developer's stats, not playable

The only one with a trace in Slayers 2 itself. The developer's win-rate bot on the official Discord lists Beast under breathing styles with a single recorded fight, in both casual and ranked. Nobody can learn it, it has no trainer, and there has been no announcement, showcase or date. One creator's guess is that someone on the team tried it in a real match. The first game, Project Slayers, did show Beast Breathing officially.

  • Love Breathing

The leak is from the first game

The clip passed around as a Slayers 2 leak, Love Breathing with Mitsuri's katana, is an old sneak peek for Project Slayers' second update, an update that never came out. Nothing from the developer ties Love to Slayers 2. Other Roblox games have a Love Breathing of their own, which is what many searches for it turn up.

  • Moon and Sun Breathing

    Rumour only

Neither is in the game and the developer has said nothing public about either. One creator relayed from a private content-creator chat that they are at least two years off. Sun has its own history: Kamado owners from the first game were given a pack in Slayers 2 because Sun Breathing never arrived there.

  • Mist Breathing

    First game only

The developer showed Mist Breathing for Project Slayers, but nothing for Slayers 2. One creator says it was mentioned as coming far in the future, together with snow; that is a single second-hand remark.

  • Flower Breathing

    A fan idea

The only source calling it a leak is a pre-release video about a fan's suggestion for sword colours, which says itself that nothing is confirmed.

  • Hybrid

    Not a breathing style

Hybrid means using a breathing style and a Blood Demon Art together. The win-rate bot has a rule for counting a hybrid under both powers, but no way for players to become one has been shown. One creator reports a developer using a hybrid slot in a special dungeon mode.

The Beast row, up close

The bot posts win rates for every power over the last seven days. Below the eight styles, both tables carry one more line: Beast 0.0%, with 1 game and the mark the bot uses for powers under 30 games. Three creators recorded the same panel. A line in a stats table is not an announcement: it says a Beast fighter existed on a server for one fight, not when anyone else will get it.

The rest of that table is useful on its own: which styles and arts actually win. It sits next to the published rankings on the tier list page.

There is also nothing new in the Titles menu: its 17 Perfected titles cover the eight styles and nine arts and nothing else (see titles).

A Discord bot panel titled Arena Win Rates with a table of breathing styles

The developer's win-rate bot, casual fights over the last seven days: Water 54.7%, Thunder 54.4% at the top, Wind 45.1% at the bottom, and a last row Beast 0.0% with 1 game.

When is the next style coming?

No date has been given. The official sneak-peek channel’s last post is the Sound Breathing showcase from before launch, and the patch notes since launch have fixed and balanced, not added styles. Creators pass on different second-hand guesses for the first big update, so treat any month you hear as a guess. New patches land on the update log; the official channels are on the Discord page.
