Open the chest that matches your target
A boss’s listed weapon drop, the chest it gives and the points from a tower run are three different rewards. Counting them as the same thing makes a long farm look like it gave nothing.
Boss drop
The boss bar lists an item and its gate. A crossed-out skill line may mean you lack the art or earlier skills.
Chest loot
The item card names a chest or cache as its source. Read its tier before comparing drop chances.
Tower points
Spent at the hub. Points are not a cache in your inventory and reportedly do not carry between runs.

These are the listed base chances. Luck boosts can change a displayed rate. Separate rolls can keep missing; a chest percentage is not a guaranteed number of clears.

Sealed Cache tiers are not interchangeable
Tanto’s card lists all three tiers: T1 1.25%, T2 2.5%, T3 5%. A T1 can produce it, but its base chance is lower. Count the cache tier you actually opened, not the rarity you hoped for.
For a Frozen Heart, the clearly listed routes here are Rare Chest and Sealed Cache T1. A dry streak does not show the drop has been removed. At a 10% independent chance, 50 misses would be about 0.52%; that calculation cannot prove how the game implements its rolls.
Check Hoyuzo’s cave route, or compare the Black Marketer’s price before spending more time on the same farm.
Ore: another reason to read the chest name
The Ore card lists 2.5% from Common and Lost Chests, and 2% from Snow Chest, alongside 5% entries for several other chests and caches. It also lists fishing and quests. Those routes are not all the same probability.
Compare the Ore routes with fishing prerequisites. Selling Mythic gear for Mythic Refinement Ore is a separate exchange; it does not give shop Ore.

Ouwigahara: points, caches and a failed exit
The return banner shows floor, points and earned caches. The cache reward was added for each ten floors. Spend points in the hub; open chest rewards separately.
For the 90,000-point reforge target, a floor number is not a guarantee: card choices and the run affect the score. Use the run examples and event cards, rather than adding scores from separate climbs.
Players report crashes near later floors or when a run ends. The V0.18 notes say banked chests return after a crash or mid-climb exit, but that is not proof every missing cache can be recovered. A confirmed manual recovery method is not available here. More reports and settings are on controls and bugs.

“Missing Claws” does not mean every drop is locked
Read the item on the same line as the red requirement. The Kaiden bar lists Claws at 7% separately from Predator Claws at 10%. A requirement on the skill line does not describe the whole weapon drop list. For an art’s last move, check the required art and earlier skill-tree nodes on weapon compatibility; for the weapon drop, use the weapon list.
