The clan screen lists 41 clans in 6 rarity tiers and prints the roll rate for each tier. The list below follows that screen, from the 0.1% Supremes down to the Commons most spins land on.

The rate belongs to the whole tier, not to each clan in it. The screen does not say how a roll picks between clans of the same tier.

What a clan gives you

Open a clan on the clan screen and it shows a class, then three headings: Skills, Passives and Stats.

A class
A one-word role under the name. The footage shows Ascendant on Kamado, Rengoku and Uzui, Duelist on Iguro and Tank on Shinazugawa.
Skills
Moves of the clan’s own. Uzui has three: a stomp that marks enemies to take 20% more damage from you for 10 seconds, a random pick of one of three short buffs, and a skill that records the first enemy skill that lands on you.
A mode, on some
Rengoku’s entry, just above Soyama, lists Heart Ablaze Mode: while it runs, anyone who hits you burns for 2% of their own max health a second for 3 seconds, and you gain +18% Additional Damage Factor, +5% Movement Speed Factor, +5% Stamina Regen Speed and +20% Burn Damage Factor. XenoTy’s narrator calls it heart of blaze mode; his own screen reads Heart Ablaze.
Passives and stats
Two more headings in every entry, each opening to its own list. The skill tree in the same footage also carries a branch named after the equipped clan, beside the character, breathing and weapon branches.

What the 22 Common and Uncommon clans do

These are the clans most rolls give you. Beebom’s clan list describes each one as a single small bonus, or a small mix, and little else. Grouped by that bonus:

Beebom and Pro Game Guides both advise keeping a clan that already suits your build rather than rerolling by reflex, but for these Beebom’s own notes say there is little reason to keep one once a stronger clan turns up. Two ways to get a clan

  1. 1. Roll with spins

    Each spin replaces your clan with a random one at the rates above. Spins come from codes, playing, Ore and Robux; the spins page has every source, the pack prices and how many rolls each tier takes on average.

  2. 2. Buy the one you want

    Every clan you do not have equipped has a buy button priced in spins. The price is unreadable in the footage; a narrator and a Reddit post both put a Supreme at about 4,000 spins.
