Elixirs and potions
Two NPCs sell drinks. Alchemist Meku sells three elixirs and an underwater potion, and wants Demon Horns as well as Wen for each of those four. Rika, in the starting village, sells two regen potions for Wen alone.
Nobody has been seen crafting them; you buy them, or pick up a few from quests and chests.

Prices are per bottle; buying several multiplies both the Wen and the horns. No numbers have turned up for what each drink restores or how long it lasts; the two cards seen only describe them. Elixirs are the round bottles, the regen potions the faceted ones.
Alchemist Meku, in two places
Meku keeps a shop in a house on the Mistfall Harbor docks and a stall marked APOTHECARY in the Ouwigahara hub. He greets you with You interested in Elixirs?, and each slot has arrows and a Max button to set how many you want.
- The harbour shelf has 4 items: the three elixirs and the Underwater Breathing Potion, which only the harbour shelf stocks.
- The hub shelf has six: the same three elixirs at the same prices, the two regen potions for Wen only, and a 140 Wen bottle that looks like the Health Potion.
“Out of stock” usually means no horns. Players with plenty of Wen report Meku refusing them; the fix is Demon Horns, two per elixir and six per underwater potion. Where to farm them is on the Demon Horns page.

Rika, the potion stall in Windy Peak
In the starting village, near Raze’s sword shop, a red-haired NPC sits by a small stall hung with banners. Her line: My formulas are backed by science, not superstition. Pick your potion. Each bottle on her counter has its own prompt, and you type how many you want.
She sells the Health Regen Potion for 600 Wen and the Stamina Regen Potion for 900 Wen, no horns needed. She is the easy option before you have horns to spare; the stall can be hard to spot behind the houses.

Putting a potion on your hotbar
- Open your inventory and click the potion. Its card appears on the right.
- Under the card, pick a slot,
OnetoFive, and pressEquip. - The bottle now sits on the bar at the bottom of the screen next to your weapons and mount.
Potions have been locked in the PvP arena since the V0.98 update. Whether they work inside Ouwigahara runs has not been shown. The Underwater Breathing Potion is reportedly the one to carry for underwater trips like the Tai Chi trainee route on the fighting styles page.

Add up a shopping list
Two quests ask for elixirs by the dozen, so the horns add up fast:
- Restock the Infirmary (Shiori, Butterfly Estate): 10 Health Elixirs, 10 Health Regen Elixirs, 10 Stamina Regen Elixirs, 16,000 Wen and 60 horns.
- Supply the Settlement (Iceveil Guard Shiro): 25 Health Elixirs, 8,750 Wen and 50 horns.

Getting them without paying
Several early quests hand out a Health Potion x1, among them the ones on the side quests page. Ouwigahara’s chests can drop Health Regen and Stamina Regen Potions on the way up. Beyond that, as far as anyone has shown, drinks come from the two shops.
Health Potion, Common: Field bottle for quick mending. Drink it to close a fresh wound before the next exchange.
