Spider Lily in Slayers 2: how many you need
Nine. Spider Lilies are the first half of Muzan’s quest, the one that turns a human into a demon, and the tracker counts them out as Spider Lilies 0/9. Walk up to one and press the prompt to pick it up.

Where and when they grow
They are not in fixed spots. Deepshaken’s narrator says they spawn at random around the area, are not rare at night, and respawn often enough that he stayed in one place and watched a new one appear. BLUEZ picked all nine at night, with the minimap on Hidden Mist.
Night may not be a hard rule. XenoTy’s footage shows a red flower, titled Spider Lily by the creator, in daylight beside a stream while his Water breathing training is running. His narrator says it sits right next to the Water trainer.
Pick them after you have the quest. BLUEZ took it first, and his tracker started at 0. No video shows whether lilies picked before the quest count.
Is the locator worth it?
'Muzan' and 'Spider Lily' Locator is a 500-Robux pass on the Roblox store. In the developer’s words: “When the Spider Lily flower or Muzan is spawned, it'll show you a marker with their current positions.”
Deepshaken bought it mid-quest. His narrator says it did not show every lily and that they are not hard to spot anyway. You need nine flowers once, so the pass mainly pays off if you also want help finding Muzan; the Muzan page lists his three search areas for free.
Not the 3,000 from the first game
A thread on r/Slayers2Roblox recalls needing 3,000 Spider Lilies or kills for tier 3 weapons. That was Project Slayers, the earlier game. In Slayers 2 the only count on screen is nine.
After the ninth
The lily line is struck through and the tracker moves to Dr. Higoshima. Capturing him, getting him to safety and drinking the blood are steps six and seven of the demon route.
